Very good service, easy drop-off/pick-up.
One of the problems I was having was not corrected so it had to go in for service again but they came and picked up car, fixed problem and returned car to garage - very streamlined.

Everything was performed as promised. The clean was immaculately clean when I got it back. There was a bit a confusion when I went to pick it up, but they finally found the paperwork after a few minutes.

service rep was excellent (KZ) but needed part not in shop. had to make three extra taxi trips due to the delay.also respone from sales regarding extended warantee was very delayed.

i thought i had done this review a couple of days ago. but i will state it again. the service dept. was run like a well-oiled operation. they informed me when the work was started and when it was finished. kathy did an excellent job.

Salesman John Kaiser went over and beyond being helpful,
spending a very long time with me, during and after, to help
me with problems I'd been struggling with.
